Meet Beth Ouellette

For twenty years, Beth Ouellette has provided program and project-related consulting, facilitation, training, and mentoring serving a broad variety of industries and client needs. As a PMI Fellow and Disciplined Agile Coach, she leverages a blend of business and technology savvy with a practical approach to continuous improvement. Whether it be an Organizational Change Management initiative, effective Program Management, or a team seeking to implement a new way of working, she lends insights and perspectives that blend the client state with best practices to engage and enrich the journey.

Her experience in traditional, agile, and hybrid methods enable understanding and relatability to what the teams and clients are facing. She has hands-on experience in a variety of industries: Banking, Finance, Insurance, Retail, Utility, Telecom, Manufacturing, Academia, US Government, military, hospitality and others.

In addition to PMO establishment and management for enterprise change, data strategy, and multiple IT and business functions, a variety of custom-tailored training programs have been delivered internationally.
