BETH OUELLETTE
Beth is the Founder and CEO of The Ouellette Group, LLC, and the visionary behind MAGI-DA (Beth is the Founder and CEO of The Ouellette Group, LLC, and the visionary behind MAGI-DA (MAGI-DA.com) a specialized practice of The Ouellette Group solely focused on Disciplined Agile training, and she has personally trained over 100 candidates for the DA Certification path. Beth’s global experience in helping organizations create a better way of working to achieve their strategic goals will bring to life the practices and principles of Choosing Your WoW. Beth is a Certified Disciplined Agile Instructor and Certified Disciplined Agile Coach and excited to be a part of your journey and help create your future story. MAGI is an Approved Training Provider (ATP) of PMI. Beth holds the PMP, PgMP, PBA, DASM, DASSM, CDAI, and CDAC designations.
DIRK DOPPELFELD
Dirk Doppelfeld is an international consultant, trainer, and coach. He was born in Germany and lived for the past 30 years in France. His multi-language skill is an asset to any portfolio. For over 20 years Dirk has lived his passion for project management, first as a project manager in a global printing solution company and for the last 10 years as the founder and owner of Project & Service Solutions, a company helping PMs and their companies to enhance their project management practices. Convinced and delighted by the Disciplined Agile approach, he achieved the DASSM certification. He is delighted to join the MAGI Dream Team of instructors, where he will continue to elaborate the instructor-student collaboration that is known when one attends a course with MAGI. Dirk holds the PMP, Princ2, PSM, PSPO, and DASSM certification designations.

Dirk Doppelfeld est consultant, formateur et coach international. Il est né en Allemagne et a vécu pendant les 30 dernières années en France. Sa compétence multilingue est un atout pour tout portefeuille. Depuis plus de 20 ans, Dirk vit sa passion pour la gestion de projets, d'abord en tant que chef de projet dans une société de solutions d'impression globales et, depuis 10 ans, en tant que fondateur et dirigeant de Project & Service Solutions, une société qui aide les chefs de projet et leurs entreprises à améliorer leurs pratiques en gestion de projets. Convaincu et adepte de l'approche Disciplined Agile, il a obtenu la certification DASSM. Dirk est ravi de rejoindre l'équipe de formateurs MAGI, où il continuera de privilégier la collaboration instructeur-étudiant qui fait le succès des cours MAGI. LYNN SHANNON
Lynn Shannon is a professional trainer, coach, and mentor with over 30 years of management experience leading PMs and BAs. Lynn saw the value of Disciplined Agile shortly after the PMI acquisition and was one of the early adopters of DA. Intrigued with this possibility, she earned her DA Senior Scrum Master credential in short order. Leveraging her academic and corporate training savvy with her multi-industry experience, and adding in Disciplined Agile’s Way of Working, Lynn is delighted to join MAGI’s Dream Team of instructors. Lynn is excited to contribute to the MAGI passion of sharing stories and enabling clients and organizations a value-added proposition while achieving continuous improvement. Lynn holds he PMP, PBA, DASM, and DASSM designations.
CINDY BRINEY
Cindy Briney has held executive positions in Information Technology for large organizations supporting Global Operations, Compliance Systems, and Business Analytics. She has also worked in management and IT consulting firms in roles from Senior Consultant to Sales and Marketing of business services. Harnessing all of her collective experience, she moved into non-profit specializing in Application Portfolio Transformations. She has worked using multiple life cycles including introducing and applying Agile practices across teams. After being introduced to Disciplined Agile, Cindy immediately saw the value of letting the teams choose their Way of Working. She is delighted to be part of MAGI and contribute to the training and continuous improvement of our growing community. She has a master’s in Project Management from Boston University and holds her PMP, DASM and DASSM designations.
